Heal the world we live in, save it for our children.
If the power were in
my hands, I would like to change people's way of thinking,
their mentality. I wish I could change the way people act, I want people to be inspired by the positive and I wish I could stop all wars around the world and to stop alll the negative things that people are doing on this earth. In conclusion, I would like to change all that is bad and worng, in good things, I think most people want that. (by Dragos Popa, 20 years old, Organization President from Romania)
I would like everyone too feel free to visit any one any were and also marry anyone who they wish to marry by this I feel the world would be a better place for all of our generations, because it wil be so much happinesc, fun and fulfilments. I want these things to change quickly. We have only one life! (by Richard Justine, 28 years old, Merchant from Nigeria)
Changer take away because it take away food, take away hate change I would change starvation into no starvationstrike that reverse it messing up on the voicemail change or take away because if it's taken away I would take away hate and if it's changed I would take away starvation or No on which are stars in this world (by Loretta Sanchez, 30 years old from Las Vegas, Statele Unite ale Americii)
If I happen to be in power I will change the rate of illiteracy among people making sure that education is made possible for both, rich and poor. I will also make sure that the oppress in the society are giving justice. I will like to change the unemployment among youths. (by Paul Blessed, 22 years old, Student from Republic of Ghana)
I think that each and every one of us is responsible for their space and time. We will certainly NOT be able to change the whole big world, but we can do our best inside the small community we live in. Indifference will never change anything. Sometimes not even action can change. But at least we can try. As a teacher ( of English) I had my moments of gratitude, of happiness and satisfaction, of disappointment and sadness, of losing hope or feeling like giving up. It’s probably never too late to start and never too late to change something for something better. I had moments when I felt that I cannot do what I wanted to do, neither could I follow my innermost wishes and feelings…Sometimes adjusting means giving up a part of you, and this part can be the most meaningful part….I learned, over time, the bitter lesson of utmost humiliation and exquisite surprise…..There’s no such thing as perfect job, there’s only a combination of abilities to do something better than others would do it. I would change a million things if I could, but change has to start with(in) ourselves…Education does not mean schooling, it is each person’s responsibility..but yes, school systems need to change, need to give more freedom to the teacher to plan their own curricula according to the needs, personalities, interests, skills of each particular class. I HATE uniformity; perhaps it’s easier to manipulate masses of people alike, yet the most brilliant ideas came from people who gave up schooling in search for something better… (by Sorina Gavrila, 40 years old, Teacher of English from Romania)
If I get enough powers, I would like to bring and promote equality amongst the people of this world. Differences and problems are occurring everywhere just because mankind has created boundaries, equality does not exist. A change is needed, a change that brings and ensures political, economical and social equality amongst the people of this world. No discrimination on grounds of economic status, caste, color or creed will be ensured if I get right powers. This world will unite and love will bring happiness to the people of this world if there is equality and everyone gets equal opportunity to live their dreams. Today most of the problems in this world occur because of no equality. “Gods wasn’t bias why are we? Equality is needed, change is needed”. (by Ankit Mishra, 20 years old, Student from India)
Well, I don't need to write very much about this subject, because I'm sure about my conclusion. If the power will be in my hands I would change the behavioral pattern of humans! Good people would live better in the jungle than in the world which is supposed to be civilized. (by Solomon Alexander, 30 years old from Nigeria)
If I had the power in my hands, in the first place I would do something to improve and help the environment: like planting more trees to save the natural habitat of many animals and in the same time to increase the number of oxygen in the air. In the second place I would like to help the poor and homeless people by making special houses and places for them and to give to the orphan children the chance to a better education and to a better life. In conclusion if the power was mine I would do something for improving the life of the other. (by Elena Alexandra Lungu, 16 years old, Student from Romania)
If the power is in my hand the first thing I would do is to give
everyone a house and an education or occupation, so no one live on road and no one
is unemployed. I would change the way we live, do things and treat others. There
is enough in the world to go round. “I will make sure that the rich don’t keep
getting rich off the people”. I will remove corrupt people from all over the
world I will make an organization. In
the all country for finding the corrupt people and then remove from that
department. And many more things I want to change But at the last but not the
least. “FOR ANY CHANGE IN ANYTHING YOU WANT TO START FIRST OF ALL YOU HAVE TO
CHANGE YOURSELF”. (by Prashant Shukla, 18 years old, Student from India)
If the power were in my hands, in the first place I would like to make some kind of law to forbid the consumption of drugs or other harmful products. In the second place I would like to do something about the stray dogs and cats like building shelters. Also I would teach them how to live with people, because by having a dog or a cat can make your life happier and in this way I can improve the security of streets. In conclusion I would like to do something that can make the life of others better. (by Andreea Maria Butu, 15 years old, Student from Romania)
I really think that there aren’t so many problems in the world. But, if I had the power probably I would like to stop all the conflicts between countries and I want to provide jobs for all those unemployed . I would like everybody to look after the environment and plant trees all across the globe. I think that I just want to create peace in the world and see everybody happy. Everything is balanced and it’s normal to exist bad problems because life isn’t pink. (by Vlad Andrei Jitea, 15 years old, Student from Romania)
If the power were in my hands I would change 3 things: all people to have the chance to a good and proper health system, their health and their lives not to depend on money, to have access to a good education regardless of their wealth and each person to find their strengths, qualities and weaknesses and to build their lives according to those. If we solve the health and education problems, we, as a society, would solve many other problems. (by maria Mocanu, 37 years old, Teacher of English from Romania)
If I had the power, I would definitely change people’s mentality. Lately, humans have become more selfish and materialistic than they were, and that is making the world falling apart. Firstly, I would try to convince every person that being happy and doing something to change the world is more important than expensive cars and fancy holidays. Especially, I would make people realize that life should be lived in the authentic way, and truly enjoyed, because we often become old and acknowledge that our time just passed by and we haven’t done anything but worry about stupid little things. However, we made ourselves that way and, if we want the world to change, then we have to make the first step to make that possible. (by Andreea Rusu, 16 years old, Student from Romania)
If I had the power in my hands, I would stop all the abuses that politicians make against poor people. I would stop all the discrimination that people who is powerful make. Also I would like to stop all wars because the wars destroy what is the good in the people and bring disunity between people. I'd like to stop killers. (by Eduard Rotaras, 14 years old, Student from Romania)
If I were the queen of the world I would make egality between people! I would talk to all the presidents and I would create a convention which would stop the wars and the discrimination. I would try to offer a home to all the people who did not have one, to create a machine which would announce when someone’s life is in danger. I would invest more in medicine and science to support the development and the creation of the new theories about life, and to make it easier. But, I would also travel all over the world to take care if everything is in order and to change the rules if thei did not satisfy people’s expectations. Finally, I would like to see a perfect world in which people help each other and live in harmony! (by Ana Maria Rosu, 15 years old, Student from Romania)
The biggest problem of this world are the people. If I had a magic powder in my hands and I could change anything about this planet, the only thing I would like to change is the behavior and mentality of some of them. I would make them be more responsible with everything around them. It is enough to treat all that's wrong with us to help the planet and the rest of ourproblems would be solved in the course of time. Because the biggest and only problem is with us! (by Bianca Mihaela Rusu, 15 years old, Student from Romania)
My biggest objective is changing the mentality of people. I don`t like the fact that the world is organized in opposing categories, ugly and beautiful, poor and rich. People are always judging “the book by its cover”. If someone is poor, everybody is judging him because they have more money or if someone is ugly, those around him are treating him bad. I support equality. So what we are not the same, so what you are rich and I am poor? What`s more important than to be a big family? To be united and stronger than ever? We can achieve everything, but we just need to believe in it and be united. If we don`t respect each other, then who will respect us? (by Mihnea Marin Costache, 16 years old, Student from Romania)
If I get enough power, first thing that I really want to change is the mentality of the people from the world. I would like to change all that is bad and wrong, to stop all wars and I want to change the environment to a better one. I think most people want to do that. (by Bianca Moisa, 16 years old, Student from Romania)
If I had power to change something in the world, I would definitely change people’s social and economic status. I would bridge the difference between rich and poor. We are all human beings with the same rights and we should be able to have equal access to money. As soon as everybody has what they need or want, I would eliminate money from this world and turn it into a heavenly place. Another thing to be changed would be people’s way of thinking and behaving with their peers. I would eliminate prejudices, stereotypes and, why not, boundaries. A free world without boundaries would change people to the better. (by Iuliana Milea, 29 years old, Teacher of English from Romania)
If the power were in my hands, I would like to fight for the preservation of peace worldwide, because the peace is the most important for humanity. Also, I wish I could do campaigns for young people in disadvantaged countries so they can reach a level of knowledge like all young people around the world. In addition, I want to help the preservation of the environment and I want to do campaigns for protection of endangered animals. (by Claudiu Vlad, 16 years old, Student from Romania)
If I had the power in my hands even for a day I would try to return to that moment when the mistake of eating from the forbidden tree was committed, so that Eve and Adam stay forever together in heaven and I would make every mysterious bad thing disappear. I would try everyting that is in my power to live in better world, a world that they called heaven, a world where I can grow as a child. I would try to burn al the evil from the Earth. (by Nicoleta Lorena Pirjol, 15 years old, Student from Romania)
If I had a power I would change some things in this world. I wish we could more to help poor people. The world can really be a rotten place sometimes. I wish everybodyhad food to eat and money to spend. I wish there weren’t any wars-ever! There is too much pollution. I wish people wouldn’t pollute the environment. We shouldn’t throw rubbish on the pavement. We can help save the planet by recycling materials, reducing the amount of energy we use and reusing things. I wish people wouldn’t kill animals for their fur. We should try to protect them. I am worried about unemployment because there are too many young people with nothing to do. There should be many factories. (by Alexandra Ojog, 16 years old, Student from Romania)
As for me if I have the world power with
me I will like to change the growth of conflict in the society. Thur we say
conflict is an equilibrium that balances the society interest but on the
other hand when it gone out of control it turn back to destroy the society
interest. (by Blenkan Jacobs, 20 years old, Jazz Music Vocal Instructor from Nigeria)
I
want to change the concept of life and death,
because we have learned the wrong way in school! Any soul has the right to life! Earthlings have
advanced so far and they think they are the world masters, they think they are
God and can take the life to animals...to everyone, if they want, and that's
only because they thwarting. In conclusion, if the power would
be in my hands and I could change anything, I would give serious laws
that protect life! (by Mihai Traistariu, 34 years old, International Singer from Romania)
If the power were in my hands, firstly I would like to change the way the society perceives certain jobs. Nowadays, parents advise their children to choose a specialization that will be followed by a well-paid job. They do not take into account their abilities or their passions. In this way, in the near future will be more doctors and economists and less teachers, painters or musicians. Not only that some people are going to be the wrong persons in the wrong places, but also the culture and the others fields of the society will be affected. Secondly, I would like to change the economic situation so that each young can accomplish his/ her dream. All in all, it will be great if people’s way of thinking will change. (by Georgiana Vizureanu, 24 years old, Teacher of English from Romania)
I will distribute money all over the world so none of them is poor. I will give the message to all over the world that live with peace. I want to make that world where no one is small or big or rich or poor everyone is equal. I will do everything to save our animals. In the whole world I want every people is educated. I want to give the message that there is only 1 religion and 1 God. I will teach the real meaning of humanity. In the whole world I want to make the free hospital for the needy people. THE ONE THING I WANT TO FOCUS ON IT IS THAT “EQUALITY”. (by Prateek Shukla, 19 years old, Student from India)
Firstly, if the power were in my hands I’d do environmental projects because this is important for our health. We have such precious resources, but we don’t know how to use them to our advantage. Pollution is the main negative factor that acts against our home, the Earth. Over 2000 humans die per year because of that (pollution of water, air and soil). Secondly, education is such an important thing. “Education is the most powerful weapon which you can use to change the world”. This influences human beings and make them completly different people. We know that education is free, because it is a national right, but some countries don’t benefit from that, for example Nigeria or other poor countries. Around the world, some 75 million children have no opportunity to attend primary school. As I said, education is a free right, and, if the power were in my hands I’d implement an international education project for poor countries, including volunteers and also certificates. “This is one small step for a man, one giant leap for mankind”. (by Denisa Ioana Antonovici, 17 years old, Student from Romania)
Growing up in a remote town with eight (8) other siblings wasn't easy. My family was amongst the poorest in the neighbourhood and not enough meal to go around for all nine (9) kids. Back @ the local community primary school it was worse because the other kids were happy and neatly dressed, with good english to go with it, they must have come from the middle class and rich families and probably parents that had high hopes for their kids. I had nothing like that, but inferiority complex and the hopes that some day it will all get better. Which brings me to the issue @ hand, ' If the power were in my hands, what would I do to change the world'. Parents today go extra miles to make the best out of their kids, this is because they believe so much in a better future for the kids. I can't say I am satisfied with the way my childhood was, because I had to struggle with so many things. I would change the way kids live, give them hope for a better tomorrow (more than I ever had), make them believe in themselves because a child's dream is so important and the child should be encouraged to nurture it till it becomes reality and most importantly, make sure every child has a right to education. With every child building and believing in themselves, the world would be a better place. (by Wilfred Ejemudaro, 24 years old, Merchant from Nigeria)
If I had all the power on the world I wouldn’t change much, because everything happens for a reason and if I change something , everybody and everything will be perfect and people won’t be able to know what is good and what is bad. They won’t be different from one another and they won’t realize what is going around them. One thing I really want to change is the way of thinking of the people and some of the stuff they do. For example I want to give them more faith and honesty, because If they have all those things they won’t have problems at all. The other thing I really want to change are the people who bully other people, the violence of animals and the rapes. (by Venceslava Mandulova, 18 years old, Student from Bulgary)
If I have power or not! That’s not important to me; I want and I will change the mentality of the people from the world. I will change the gap between poor and rich, black and white, upper cast and lower cast. Human should not be selfish but helpful to all. I will stop people to beg for money but educate them about earning daily bread, self respect, helping each other, respecting each other and loving animal. AND AT THE END “TO CHANGE THE WORLD WE DON’T NEED ANY POWER; BUT WE NEED GOOD THOUGHT AND HAPPYNESS” (by Ganesh Singh Rayal, 22 years old, Chef at Hyatt Hotel from India)
Well, if the power were
in my hands, I would like to change people’s way of thinking. I say “people”
because one single person does not have enough power to change the world, and
the only people who can change the world are those who want to. But I must say
that not everybody does. This is why I would like to make people want to change
the world in order to make it a better place to live, and then I can truly say
we all have the power to do this. I do not say the world is not a good place,
but here and there, we could make it better. (by Andreea Musteata, 24 years old, Teacher of English from Romania)
Firstly, if I had the power, I would try to stop all wars. I would try to resolve the problems between countries in a diplomatic way. Also, I would help them with money to create jobs for the unemployed, fix the country’s infrastructure and resolve the food shortage. Finally, I would try to bring together all countries in one economic power, because I think it is the only way to stop wars, maintain the international economy at a high level and all peoples will have job. If we want, we can! (by Dan Claudiu Magureanu, 15 years old, Student from Romania)
What would I change if the power were all mine? Well, in my opinion, it doesn’t seem right that every human has always something to criticize about the others. I would like to change this fact, to offer everybody a chance to express themselves in every single way, no matter his religion, orientation, thoughts or material situation. It makes me sad when I see so much hatred between people and how they want to hurt each other in the evilest ways just for fun. We were made to achieve good things, to love and help all people and this is what we all should do. (by Andreea Budan, 16 years old, Student from Romania)
Firstly, I really want to change the environment to a better one because the earth is becoming worse little by little. I’d try to stop all the dangers to make a more colorful and peaceful world. There is no point in destroying the natural habitats of rare species of animals and plants or using chemicals and fertilizers to produce better crops, because all of this affect us finally. We can use renewable sources of energy like solar batteries which can capture and store the sun’s energy, because if we don’t use these sources of energy soon, the price of fuel will reach sky high. All in all I’d encourage people to protect the environment and not to destroy it. (by Emilian Sandulache, 15 years old, Student from Romania)
If I could improve the world, I would do a lot of things. Firstly, I would change the educational system. I would decree that the maximum number of pupils in a class should be 15 little humans and I would find a way in which information would be easier to understand and memorize. Secondly, I would modernize all hospitals and invent a miraculous drug which will cure cancer and other deadly diseases. Finally, I would stop the corruption and punish the criminals. I would plant trees and I would say: ”NO MORE!” to pollution and Global warming. (by Sanziana Momanu, 15 years old, Student from Romania)
I have always dreamt of making some changes in the world. If I had the power, I would stop the crimes and the abuses that people who control the world commit against weaker people. Besides this, I would create a balance between rich people, who think they are more important than the others, and poor people. I think, if I changed this things, the world would be a better place. (by Florin Alexandru Poenaru, 16 years old, Student from Romania)
If I had all power in my hands, I would change many things. But the most important thing is that I would like to change people’s wickedness, because it is need understanding between people to change something in the world. I think we need more change in the world, because at some point we may need to change something for example to protect the environment, to save energy and other important things. (by Andreea Mihaela Andrei, 15 years old, Student from Romania)
If the power were in my hands, I would teach people to smile more often and to enjoy the little things in life. In my opinion, society doesn’t know to appreciate children’s volunteer work even though they are the future of this world. Society is slowly going down and we do nothing. If I had the power, I would try to be an example for helping and an example of humanity for all the leaders of this world. If I had the power, I would share my power with good people in the world and together to create a better new society without selfishness, wars and sadness. We can’t go back and change the past, so we should look to the future and don’t make the same mistakes twice. (by Marina Laura Neamtu, 15 years old, Student from Romania)
If the power were in my hands, I would like to change everything which means discrimination , I would decrie a law in which all people to have a job, because in my opinion all people must have a source of income to have a normal life. Futhermore, I could dismiss all criminals who steal the country`s budget and I will employ hard workers who will help the country . In addition , another thing which need to be changed would be renewal of educational centers because all people must have a good education to become somebody in life. In conclusion , it would be many that should be changed , but I think they are essential and should be resolved. (by Alin Ionel Trotusanu, 15 years old, Student from Romania)
The life is beautiful and the people are a part of it.If the power were in my hands ,I woud like to destroy all the feelings of sadness from people`s faces and stress and needs to become simple words in the dictionary. I would like everyoane to have a decent lifestyle so that there is no envy or odium. The nature that gives us so much beauty deserves to be protected by us and we should live in harmony with it.People should be united,to live in peace and to be always happy. All depends on human`s power . We can change everything! (by Delia Ioana Gavriliu, 15 years old, Student from Romania)
A better world is nothing without your mother. I would turn back in time to feel my mother’s hand when she leaves me in a Romanian hospital with a medical assistant, to see my mother’s eyes when she looks me from the last time and to hears my mother’s heart beat while she decides whether leave me or not with another woman. I dream that no woman will have the power to leave their children in hospitals or worse no matter where. I dream that they will no more accept to be influenced and that other person decides in their place. Please, all the mothers, love your children! (by Georgiana Alis Ursu, 28 years old, Teacher of English & French from Romania)
If I had the power in my hands, I would change the world, because many people ignore this planet and every person has the power to influence the others around them. I would like to change people's attitude towards the children who live in the rural areas who don't have the right to be educated because of financial reasons. Education is very important, not only for the social behaviour, but also for a brighter future. Rasism is one of the main causes of inequality in our society, because people belonging to different ethnies are discriminated and that influences their attitude. They become reserved and they refuse the help and trust of the few people who want to help them. (by Crina Elena Stratu, 16 years old, Student from Romania)
